Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Clients arriving 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule and will be charged a late cancellation fee. Arrivals 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation to respect other scheduled clients.

No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price and may be restricted from future bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total service price.
